Beton Nova International CJSC has delivered 4 million UAH of reinforced concrete products to the Kiev substation
Concrete Joint-Stock Company Beton Nova International has entered into contracts with JSC South-Hydroelectric Networks (Lviv) and OJSC Kyivsilelectro (Kiev) for the supply of reinforced concrete products for the construction of 750 kV Kyivska Substation for the total amount of UAH 4 million. These companies are subcontractors of construction. The customer of the construction is NEC Ukrenergo, with which the Beton Nova International plant has long-standing partnerships.
“According to the agreement, piles of reinforced concrete stamps C 35-1-12 in the amount of 800 pcs will be delivered to the substation. Foundations for metal supports – 130 pcs. According to the project, construction of 750 kV Kyivska substation with measures and 750-330 kV lines (Makariv district of Kyiv region) is planned for 2 years. CJSC Beton Nova International expects to continue supplying reinforced concrete products to the substation. Thus, in early August, it is expected to sign a contract for the supply of foundations for OJSC “Kyivsilelectro”, estimated at 300 thousand UAH, as well as for the supply of substation reinforced concrete for OJSC “Southwest Hydroelectric Network” for 1 million UAH. “, – says the director of the plant of CJSC” Beton Nova International “Leonid Kharkovsky.
The Government of Ukraine has approved the project and title of construction of transmission lines (transmission lines) and substation (PS) “Kyivska” for the issuance of Rivne and Khmelnitsky nuclear power plants (NPPs).
The project and the title of the construction were approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 45-r of February 1. Upon completion of the project, the capacity of the Kyivska PS 740/330 kV will be 1 million KVA, and the length of the lines of 330 kV – 110 km, 750 kV – 1.6 km. All facilities must be commissioned no later than 2007.
The total estimated cost of the project is 739,395 million UAH., Including equipment – 273,262 million UAH., Construction and assembly works – 216,086 million UAH. At the same time, its budget financing in 2006 and 2007 should amount to 150 million UAH.
The construction of the RAES-Kyivska power line will allow to balance the power grid of Ukraine and to bring all the units of RAES and KhNPP into the established capacity level.
