LLC “BETON NOVA INTERNATIONAL” is a leading enterprise in Ukraine, which produces a wide range of reinforced concrete products for the energy and railway industries, civil and industrial construction.

Currently, the plant produces more than 300 items, including: power transmission towers: SK22; SK26; SK105; SK120; SK135; SK140; SK150; SK155; SK180; SK200; SK136.6; SK16.4; SCP; CB105; CB95; (It is also possible to produce racks with various types of loads of non-standard length), power line foundations, road plates, piles, reinforced concrete products for the construction of substations and much more.
In 2019, the company “BETON NOVA INTERNATIONAL” launched the only in Ukraine production of centrifuged conical and cylindrical section risers.
By the order and with the participation of SE NEC Ukrenergo, working drawings and technical specifications for the production of SKS26 section risers were developed.
Racks are made according to TU U 23.6-37320399-001-2019 and fully comply with DSTU BV.2.6-43: 2008, DSTU BV.2.6-125: 2010 and have all the necessary certificates.
They successfully passed tests to test the strength and crack resistance. Successfully used in the energy industry of Ukraine.

A unique development is sectional racks of two sections up to 40 meters for telecommunication projects, mobile operators, for military purposes, fire towers, lightning rods, airports, sea and river ports, industrial and storage areas.

The connection of the sections of the racks occurs at the construction site using flanges and high-strength bolts. The flange joint is protected against corrosion by a zinc-resistant compound.

In 2019, the company launched a new production line for risers: SK200, SK180, SK155, SK150, SK140, SK136.6, SK135, SK120, SK105, SK16.4, SCS, SNTss, with different types of load and new non-standard sizes, analogues of which Ukraine does not exist. This allowed BETON NOVA INTERNATIONAL LLC to take first place among suppliers of reinforced concrete to enterprises in the energy, railway, construction and transport sectors of Ukraine.
